PASSIONATE PERFUMERS
In 1937, Stéphane Burdin inaugurated one of the first prestigious perfumeries in Paris, where he offered a selection of perfumes of his own design. These exclusive fragrances and their sophisticated accords – reflections of the quintessential elegance of Paris herself – were as unique as their ingredients were rare. To house his creations, he called upon the crystal works of Nancy and Lalique. The success was immediate. Maison Burdin was born.
A PERFUME HOUSE OF YESTERDAY AND TODAY
Nearly 80 years later, through the initiative of the founder’s grandchildren, this sleeping beauty was reawakened with the 2014 launch of three feminine perfumes, a tribute to the House’s first creations: TINOUTCHA, PARIS MINUIT and LES BEAUX JOURS, followed by EMMÈNE-MOI in 2021, an elegant combination of the past and present. A new chapter was also begun in 2020 with the introduction of the trio AMOROSO, EN GARDE ! and SANS TÉMOIN, which portray a timeless masculinity while adhering to the creative values of Maison Burdin: excellence, sophistication and individuality.
PERFUMES REVISITED
To rewrite the enduring stories of these perfumes, Maison Burdin has given carte blanche to two talented perfumers, Véronique Nyberg and Nathalie Feisthauer, who have signed their names to numerous successful fragrances.
